Create, Save, print and send letters, emails and SMS messages
The letters module in the Admin Menu allows you to create and save letters, emails or SMS (mobile phone messages).
You can send the correrspondence to anyone in the person database providing you have recorded a proper mailing, email or mobile phone number for that person.
You can then print the letter (it creates a PDF file), or the system will automatically send the email or SMS message.
